On-site we have professionally styled meeting space including our 1st floor multi-purpose room, 9th floor boardroom and 11th floor executive lounge. We are within walking distance to 21,000 square feet of conference and meeting facilities at Thompson Rivers University (TRU). The Campus Activity Centre at TRU offers theme menus and catering pricing for every budget. They can custom design menus to your specifications or recommend catering orders to complement your event. Our team of specialists work collectively to ensure that each detail is carefully reviewed and executed, making your event unique and memorable.

On-Site Meeting Space:

1st Floor Multi-Purpose Room (1040 sq ft with 10’ ceilings) - $400 (full day), $200 (half day)

Our Multi-Purpose room is perfect for your next meeting or event. This space boosts floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the City. The Multi-Purpose room can accommodate up to 100 people and will be set up in the style that is going to best suit your needs. This room comes complete with tables, chairs and audio visual equipment including projector screen, projector, whiteboard and flip chart.

9th Floor Boardroom (485sq ft with 8’ ceilings) - $140 (full day), $70 (half day)

With spectacular views overlooking the city, our 9th Floor Boardroom can accommodate up to 16 people. This room comes complete with boardroom table, leather chairs, mini fridge and audio visual equipment including television with DVD/VCR combo, projector screen, projector, whiteboard, bulletin board, flip chart, and conference phone.

11th Floor Executive Lounge (530sq ft with10’ ceilings ) - $200 (full day)

Our executive lounge provides an exclusive view of the city from our 11th floor. Host your next wine and cheese event, business meeting, reception or Christmas party in one of the best facilities in town. This lounge can accommodate up to 40 people and comes complete with leather furnishings, tables and chairs.
